Commercial kitchen equipment, supplied by people who understand kitchens
ALPHA Wave Trading FZE-LLC supplies, fabricates, installs and maintains commercial kitchen and catering equipment for food-service businesses across the UAE and the wider GCC.
A trading company built around one question: will this kitchen work?
Alpha Wave Trading supplies commercial kitchen and catering equipment to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, cafeterias, catering companies and institutional kitchens. We also carry the part of the job many suppliers walk away from — stainless fabrication, installation, spare parts, repair and maintenance.
That combination is deliberate. A kitchen fails not because a machine is poor, but because the layout fights the staff, the extract cannot cope, or nobody answers the phone when a fryer goes down on a Friday evening. We would rather be judged on how the kitchen runs in month six than on the day it was delivered.

Four disciplines that a kitchen project needs under one roof
Split these across separate suppliers and the gaps between them become your problem on site.
Kitchen planning
Workflow, zoning and utility coordination for kitchens that work under pressure.
Equipment specification
Matching machines to duty cycle, throughput and the realities of the site.
Stainless fabrication
Grade 304 fabrication made to measured dimensions in our supply chain.
After-sales service
Spare parts, repairs and planned maintenance once the kitchen is live.
Every food-service format has its own constraints
We specify against the operation in front of us rather than repeating the last project.
Restaurants
Front and back of house, from a single unit to a growing chain.
Hotels
Main kitchens, banqueting, room service and staff dining.
Cafeterias
Service counters and volume production for daily footfall.
Bakeries
Dough preparation, proving, baking and display.
Catering Companies
Production kitchens and mobile catering support.
Cloud Kitchens
Compact, high-output layouts for delivery-only brands.
Hospitals
Hygiene-led kitchens with strict temperature control.
Schools
Safe, durable equipment for large daily sittings.
Staff Cafeterias
Efficient service lines for workforce catering.
Food Production Facilities
Process lines built for continuous output.
Resorts
Multiple outlets served from central production.
A supplier that stays involved after the delivery note is signed
Equipment is the easy part. What separates a kitchen that works from one that merely exists is planning, fabrication that fits, and support that answers the phone.
Complete Kitchen Solutions
Design, equipment, fabrication, ventilation and installation handled as one package — a single point of responsibility from empty shell to working kitchen.
Quality Equipment
Commercial-grade equipment from established manufacturers, selected to survive continuous service rather than to win on price alone.
Professional Expertise
People who understand how a kitchen runs — workflow, utilities, hygiene requirements and the realities of a busy service.
Custom Solutions
Stainless fabricated to measured site dimensions and layouts planned around your menu, because no two kitchens have the same constraints.
Reliable Support
Spare parts, repairs and maintenance contracts after handover, so a breakdown mid-service is dealt with rather than diagnosed.
Built to survive a commercial service, not a showroom
Commercial-grade construction, grade 304 stainless where it matters, and equipment selected for the ambient conditions and duty cycle of the actual site. Where a cheaper option will not last, we say so before the order rather than after the failure.
Customer-focused approach
We plan around your menu, covers and opening date — not around what is easiest to supply.
Honest specification
If the machine you have been quoted is more than the operation needs, we will tell you.
Compliance-minded
Hygiene, ventilation and food safety requirements considered at design stage.
Accountable after handover
Parts, repairs and maintenance from the same team that installed the kitchen.
Planning a kitchen, or replacing a single machine?
Tell us the space, the menu and the covers. We will come back with a specification, a layout and a straight answer on what the project needs.
